Hi Linda - if I can be totally objective (if that's ever possible) I would agree with the statement, especially if one can view the word "exploitation" without any perjorative associations and in its purest sense. (I think I have swallowed a dictionary!)
Dear Mr Auden was so cynical! From my personal experience, I can't agree with that but then I'm an eternal optimist. He's probably right!
